Workers’ rights in time of coronavirus 5
In the period between May 16th to May 31st, the number of reports of the most serious violations of workers’ rights continued to decrease. The number of reports for illegal dismissal and forced termination of employment contracts continued to decrease compared to all four previous periods (all available in the form of infographics), but the number of reports for unpaid or reduced salaries increased. In this period, the Helsinki Committee received 14 reports of labour rights violations involving 212 workers. All information with regards to the violations are available at the infographic below.
