Enhancing Human Rights

The aim of the Project is to strengthen the national anti-discrimination mechanisms through capacity building of the relevant state institutions and civil society organizations, as well as to further develop the legal framework and increase public awareness for these phenomena.The Project also aims to tackle hate crime and hate speech through improved legislation, awareness raising, continued capacity building and monitoring and registering of bias incidents.
