Draft version of the Law on Labour Relations – Helsinki Committee’s propositions
The Helsinki Committee has been part of the working group for preparation of the new Law on Labor Relations since August 2018. In this Outreach plan, the Helsinki Committee is analysing the current version of the proposed Law on Labor Relations and is stipulating the amended provisions. The Plan structure covers specific provisions from the proposed Law, description of the proposed solutions, the substance of the Helsinki Committee recommendations and the current implementation status of the recommendation.
