Available facilities and conditions<\/p>\n
At the start of the week, the number of refugees in the camp amounted to 127, and toward the end of the week it dropped to 122, after one family was taken to Skopje.<\/p>\n
Due to problems with the electricity, the refugees in the camp did not have hot water for showering for a few days. The defect was finally removed and hot water became available once again.<\/p>\n
Institutional treatment<\/p>\n
The family from Afghanistan who stayed in the camp for a few weeks was sent back to Greek territory due to the mother’s poor health.<\/p>\n
A four member family originating from Afghanistan was transported to the Safe House in Skopje, due to the need for a surgery of the child who has problems with his foot.<\/p>\n
In the course of the week, no major groups of refugees were caught up down illegal roads or deported.<\/p>\n
Kumanovo<\/b><\/p>\n
Available facilities and conditions<\/p>\n
The number of refugees in the camp amounts to around 60 and has not changed.<\/p>\n
There are no significant changes in the facilities available in the camp.<\/p>\n
Institutional treatment<\/p>\n
Refugees coming from the vicinity of the camp are banned from entering the camp. Their number increases on daily basis, and they take camp in the fields surrounding the camp. They are not regularly provided with food, but only at the urging of the organizations and volunteers on field, on designated days and in limited quantities.<\/p>\n
The atmosphere in the camp is depressing and monotonous.<\/p>\n
The situation in the shelter centers in the Republic of Macedonia<\/b><\/p>\n
The number of refugees sheltered in the Shelter centers is unavailable.<\/p>\n
Irregular migration<\/b><\/p>\n
In the course of this week, no criminal-legal events related to migrant smuggling were registered by the Ministry of Interior.<\/p>\n
