Ethnicity predominates as a basis both nationally and locally in the monitored areas. Compared to previous years, there is no improvement in the situation with hate speech in 2020. <\/p>\n<p>While preparing the report, the project team used an analytical-synthetic approach in terms of data collection, documentation, and analysis.
