The Project\u2019s overall goal is to increase the understanding and strengthen the capacity of the institutional and civil society stakeholders to effectively deal with hate crime and hate speech in accordance with the domestic legislation, OSCE commitments and the International standards. One of the main aims of the project is to increase the capacity of legal practitioners and civil society to process and report occurrences of hate crimes in the country.
